Nike Hypervenom – creating a futuristic
football experience in the heart of London

As Wayne Rooney leapt into the air to score on Tuesday night he was wearing the boots that we showcased in London last month. The activation featured three of the Premier League’s deadliest players; Daniel Sturridge, Christian Benteke and Danny Welbeck all of whom showcased the deadly new Nike ‘Hypervenom’ boot.

Ear to the Ground hunted out a derelict chapel in Central London which was transformed into a dark atmospheric venue and hosted an immersive product journey followed by a football contest like no other.

We captured ‘the deadly art of deception’ in a way that really brought the brand and product values to life. Crowds gathered on the balconies to watch some of the most promising football talent battle it out in our very own Hypervenom cage for the 2-on-2 London Knockout.

The evening was rounded off by a unique performance from (London rapper) Giggs. Over the last year we have been working with England kit manufacturer Nike on a series of activations as they prepare for a huge year. Watch this space…
